End of Year!

I can't quite believe we actually made it! Being headteacher of Henderson Green this year has been amazing and exhausting in equal measure! Thank you to all the parents who have made me feel so welcome and give me a hello and a smile at the gate in the mornings. Thank you for trusting us with your children and their education! I look forward to continuing to work with you next year

PE kits

Next year, pupils will be able to come to school in their PE kits on their PE days, more information about this will be sent out in September.

Sports day

Thank you for all of your support with sports day on Wednesday and well done to BIRCH house who were the overall winners.

Year 6

The Year 6's performed their little socks off yesterday and we could not have been prouder of them! We wish them all the best as they leave the nest and can't wait to hear all about the adventures they are having at high school

Uniform

Please can we have any good condition school uniform that is out grown. We plan to have a uniform box in each class next year so that children who are not in full uniform can borrow items from. More information about this will be shared in September.

Attendance

School restarts on WEDNESDAY 6th SEPTEMBER. Next year we will be having a half termly attendance tea for children who have excellent attendance. This will reset each half term to allow for illness' that mean children can not attend school.

We will be working closely with families whose attendance is below the expected levels.
